I came here once before for a polish change and it was a pleasant experience. The guy I had said when I was ready for pedicure to come back and try them because they give the best pedicures. I was impressed so I decided to come back and the guy I got today didn’t seem like he had never even done a pedicure before. He didn’t really do anything with the cuticle nippers until he nicked me twice. Then he proceeded to aggressively file the top of my toe nails until I had to force him to stop. Once I saw them he had filed through 3 of my small toenail beds to the point where it was on the verge of bleeding. I showed him what he did because he didn’t seem to understand what what he did. Someone noticed it wasn’t going well and gave me a new girl. But then let him observe the entire time so leads me to believe is he even licensed? I came in with regular polish NOT GEL so there was absolutely no need to file the top of my toe nail so aggressively. They didn’t offer to fix it or any suggestions. They still charged me. Such a disappointing experience. Also needs to work on polish application. Pretty messy. Second photo is a week later...

I’m super sad with the way my nails and friends nails turned out… we spent $75+ each on getting manicures and not one of our sets are how we wanted. Now I took a gamble on trying a new nail salon that could fit us in for an appointment of 3 and called hours ahead of our appointment, we arrived and were able to set together which was so nice. The nails that I hoped for were a simple square cut acrylic set with a pink French tip and the shape is very wonky and thick, the nail tech didn’t take time to thin out my acrylic so the bottoms are thinner than the top of my nails making them look bulbous and odd the under half of my nails weren’t drilled either and there’s chunks of acrylic and hardly any shape to the nails. My friends nails were rushed and not pressed down so the glue made her gel x nails point vertically and look odd because the nail tech was worried about another customer. I definitely don’t think I’ll be returning to get a fill in the future based on the quality of my nails. The nail techs were kind I just wish my nails...

*5 days post the worst manicure I've ever received. I went into Aloha Lash & Nails and received a refund for the aforementioned manicure - and despite receiving my money back, I'm still so unbelievably upset with my experience. It's questionable whether the technician who did my nails is even licensed.. (though I was assured by the manager all technicians are indeed licensed) I'm then left with the only conclusion to the tragic truth that Aloha Lash & Nails simply give bad manicures. That was my first (and last) experience at Aloha Lash & Nails. You'll find it poor quality for a high price to pay. If, like me, you enjoy getting your nails done and pampering yourself - be sure to take your business elsewhere.

*edited on yelp - forgot to edit on google.
