I recently visited a local party store and had an outstanding experience due to an incredible employee named Summer. Summer went above and beyond to ensure that my shopping experience was seamless and enjoyable.

As soon as I walked in, Summer greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could assist me. She patiently listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect decorations and supplies for my upcoming party. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and offered great suggestions based on my preferences and budget.

What really stood out to me was Summer's attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile. She helped me pack my items and even offered to carry them to my car. She also provided me with helpful tips and tricks for setting up the decorations and making my party a success.

Overall, I had an exceptional experience at the party store thanks to Summer's exceptional customer service skills. Her friendly attitude, expertise, and willingness to help made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The manager is very rude, unkind and unhelpful. She has a bad attitude towards customers and acts very put out to do anything. We simply brought an outside balloon in to try to have them reinflate for us and their website clearly states under FAQ: “Do you fill outside balloons, balloons not purchased at Zurchers? Yes we do! You just need to pay for the cost of helium.” so we paid for the helium, and the whole time while trying to reinflate the balloon she kept saying “this is something we normally don’t do” “we normally don’t do this here” “we don’t normally do this here” as if she was so put out to be doing her JOB, something that is clearly stated that they DO on their website. Ridiculous. This isn’t the way you treat customers. Don’t be rude and mean and throw your bad attitude to customers and expect good reviews. This location SUCKS and I will encourage anyone and everyone I know to go to any location other than this one. Even the other employees were rude and had an attitude. Came in to have 8 latex balloons blown up. I was told it was a 15-20 minute wait, which was just fine. I was also told they would call my name when they were ready. After 25 minutes, and hearing someone else’s name called over the speaker, I still hadn’t heard anything, so I went and stood at the front of the store in sight of the counter. I didn’t see my balloons, and the two women working (one of them being the lady that rang me up) were blowing up balloons that weren’t mine and chatting away. 40 minutes after I originally bought the balloons, I asked an employee about my situation. She asked my name, went and looked and said my balloons were ready and had been done for a long time. She pulled them out from behind a large balloon order (which is why I couldn’t see them at all). No explanation for why they didn’t call my name. I’ve had better luck ordering online, so I will probably stick with that...
