He is very professional and always seems to have the answer to any of my many oddball questions. Has on multiple occasions hand delivered parts on weekends and nights just to help me out and even brought tacos!
He helped me in the purchase of 3-SV280 skid steers along with over 11 attachments from a shredder, grapple buckets, auger, post driver, trencher, rock bucket, pallet forks for our business. If you name it they carry it.
I am a repeat customer and currently looking at purchasing 3 new machines here very soon for our fleet and I'll use no one else besides Brian with ASCO
They use top brands of attachments like bradco/ paladin which are top of the line and you won't find anything better in quality of materials/craftsmanship.
One thing that ASCO stands apart by compared to the rest of the competition is their Keep-you-going program. It's exactly what it sounds like, if your machine goes down for a warranty issue and its going to take a little while to fix due to severity or parts order you get a free rental machine to keep your business going after a mechanic has looked at your machine.
ASCO has hands down the best field service when it comes to repairs. One of my machines has had trouble here and there under warranty and they're always out there the same or next day to get me going again. Clint Scheib is one the best field service mechanics I've worked with. Very professional and knowledgeable, he always notified me when he's on his way, and informed me what is wrong with my machine. He gets your machine fixed right the first time and makes sure it's done right. If possible I would request him.
I've had top notch service with ASCO from every step of the way. We even picked up 2 of our machines on a saturday and Brian wasn't available at the time, so the branch manager Kyle met with us in the morning to make sure everything was as it should be.
I've called every competitor and compared the stats with Case and their machines are almost always better than the rest in power/hydraulic capabilities.

Read moreAppalling Customer Service Experience. I had a very disappointing experience with ASCO Equipment's customer service, particularly with David. When I asked for more shipping options, he bluntly told me it was impossible. I requested to speak to someone else who might be able to help, but he refused. Later, I contacted Monica, hoping for better assistance, but she also said it was impossible to escalate the issue to the Branch Manager.
It seems that their standard response to any request is that everything is IMPOSSIBLE! This level of service is unacceptable. I expected more flexibility and willingness to help from a company like ASCO Equipment. Very poor...
Read moreOn 10/31/24 I called @ 5:05 pm. crossing my fingers that someone would pick up & me knowing that they might be closed the phone rang twice and Monica picked up I asked if they where still open she said how can I help you, I explained my situation on my 2008 New Holland skid steer I was looking for upper & lower radiator hoses she looked them up and asked for my email to verify the pics she sent over. Fantastic she found what I was looking for by 5:15 pm. I said yo her wow you founded them great job ! I what to thank her & your company for going beyond the call in supporting the client.
