This chick fil a is possibly the worst one I've ever been to. First time I went I made an order through the chick fil a app and ordered breakfast at 10:15 AM. I arrived and confirmed my arrival at 10:25 AM. 5 minutes pass by and I start to question them where my order is. Apparently no one in the entire restaurant has even seen my order and now they have just stopped serving breakfast. After about 5 minutes of telling them I made the order before their breakfast deadline they gave me "last" of their biscuits they had just sitting there that so happened to actually be my order, which an employee confirmed they saw my name attached to that bag which those "last" biscuits came from. That's the first occurrence. 2nd time was today. I decided to grab a quick breakfast bite and try it again at this location. I ordered through the drive through mobile section and got to the waiting side. 3 cars passed me up from just regular drive thru who I was there before by the way. So now I'm realizing they're much slower for the "Mobile Thru". About 6-8 minutes (I'm the only car at the mobile thru) waiting for a biscuit meal and iced coffee then finally come with my order. I set my food down and iced coffee in my car drink holder. I get home and pick up the iced coffee to start getting out and out of nowhere the coffee starts to spill all over my car because there was a hole at the bottom of the cup. Great...now my cup holder and car is spilled with iced coffee. I immediately call the store and explain what just happened and asked if they can at least please deliver me an iced coffee for what had just happened. The manager then explains that they don't offer delivery but if I go back they can offer me another coffee or go back another time for it. That was somewhat good to hear, but after having coffe spill all over me and my car I would like something more than just an iced coffee, cmon chick fil a....unfortunately this one is the closest to me so I kinda have to keep coming back if I want...
   Read moreHorrible customer service. We arrived to get a quick dinner after my sonâs basketball game it was exactly at 8:33pm . Yes I am aware that lobby closes at 9pm but to be approach by the manager or whoever she was to tell us that they close loobby at 9 oâclock and that we only have till 9 oâclock to eat and they would give us bags to go if we didnât finish our food. I get it the staff wants go home there tired but from my understanding you do not kick anybody out of your lobby and offer them bags to go if they donât finish their food. Since when has this become a rule at Chick-fil-A . We did what they asked us we rushed and finished our food didnât even get to enjoy it . Went back to the front counter to ask for a refill on our drinks I asked her what was her name she told me her name was Zoe . When I told her that what she did was wrong she got upset change the story around and said oh we could let you stay longer if you wanted. I told her no thank you We didnât enjoy our dinner we weâre rushed . She didnât like the fact that I told her you never kick out your customers or rush them out I run a restaurant myself I donât do that to anyone of my customers .    Read moreNever thought in my life I would give a Chick-fil-A a one star rating but here it goes. First and last time coming to this location! I picked up breakfast through mobile order that myself and my kids ordered. My daughters and I were able to receive our order, but when I tried scan my son order, it took us through the whole process and it said speak to a team member at the end. I spoke to a team member and she was very nice (that's why I gave the one star because we can't give 0) and she said couldn't find the order. My issue is if the rest of us order was ready and they were all ordered the same time, where was his?! It was ordered within the window! After waiting for about 10-15, a manager came out and didn't do much but say sorry and explain that it was more likely canceled because it wasn't in the window, even though I showed him it was ordered at 10:15am. I drove out my way to get these kids their Chick-fil-A breakfast since they were home from school...our regular location would've never handled this situation like this, ESPECIALLY after I showed it was ordered in the breakfast window!
