WHY WOULD YOU HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THIS???
My wife usually have a wonderful experience at every chick-fil-a. However today this black lady with a red top I'm assuming is the manager, was giving attitude and her face was like I don't even want to be working here. Firstly she didn't do a good job of looking for our order we had to give her the order number and then she mentioned he was going to take about 5 minutes. After that she gave us our order and we had to check to see if there was stuff missing and there was obviously drinks missing so they said okay we still need a few more minutes but then when that order came they did not even tell us that the rest of our order was still being made they just gave us our order and walked away. When I came back again a second time the black lady was like having a bad attitude and acting like she don't want to be there. If you're going to be a manager maybe the leader you better have a good attitude! It was obvious by her leadership that everyone else was having a bad attitude as well. After checking the third time we were still missing stuff and they didn't even check we were doing their job and we're not supposed to be doing their job what the hell?? I have to say bad job on the Chick-fil-A corporation for hiring somebody like this because we have never seen anybody with this type of attitude or store where everybody is following the lead attitude which was horrible attitude and not double checking the orders not giving the courtesy of telling us that are order is not complete please wait and don't drive off this is something that is doesn't need to be said this is just customer service which is horrible here this lady should not work at Chick-fil-A because she does not walk in the Chick-fil-A attitude that I've always seen in...
Read moreMy fiancée and I had an absolutely terrible experience, believe it or not. CFA is known for going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. On the day of our visit, it felt like we were at the “dollar burger” place. First the cashier just couldn’t seem to comprehend the order. Not to seem snobby, but we gave it to him carefully one word at a time multiple times. Next, the order was wrong. We ordered grilled sandwiches and they came out fried. No big deal, typically any place will fix the issue no problem. When we told the employee about the wrong order, she gave the biggest eye-roll I’ve ever seen. Completely and totally rude, and the first time I’ve seen something like that in a Chick-fil-a. Then she insisted that the incorrect sandwiches had to be THROWN IN THE TRASH before she could do anything about correcting our order. I have an issue with throwing away perfectly good food, so I suggested we give it to the customers behind us since the sandwiches hadn’t been touched. No. Again the still-rude employee said we had to throw them out. I declined to throw them out myself so the employee grabbed them and dropped them into the trash bin. Our order was fixed. Then, they made us wait 15ish minutes while they tried their hardest to calculate the 75 CENT DIFFERENCE that they had us pay from the fried sandwiches switched to the grilled. Wow. I suppose inconveniencing the paying customer with an incorrect order warrants the 75¢. We submitted a summary of our issues on their website. A couple days later we received an automated email saying sorry and offering us a free kid’s ice cream cone. Thanks for the child’s dessert and the...
Read moreI’ve stopped at several of these establishments whether I’m back home or traveling, all of your locations usually give the best service and on top of that it’s the same service, this was not the case here unfortunately. Firstly I understand that it was busy at the time we arrived, however the employee that took our order (black polo, management I’m assuming) was not being very polite, did not ask if we were dining in or not, and it’s not a big deal but she did not spell my name correctly which caused us to wait longer cause the crew members could not pronounce it then just let my for sit at the carry out location. Of course we are sitting here waiting for an order that’s not even being called out, another manager was calling for a different name that passed by and we notified him we were waiting on my order, which he stepped by the Togo orders to check it out and of course it’s there but could not make out the name to it. I had to go up there myself cause no one was calling out for it and retrieve it, after that I was patiently waiting for a team member to help me refill my cup however I was almost being ignored by the staff as I was standing there with my cup. Eventually I got what I needed however if anyone out there is looking for the same chick fil a with the usual customer service this is not the place for that. I would probably drive an extra 10 min to go to a...
