Every now and then you find a business that gives you a reason to want to buy things from them just to support them. That's how special my experience with this company was.

I had a design that I wanted made into custom patches for gag gifts. They gave me a quote that was not only better than anything online, but also a faster turnaround time, and they're local.

We worked on a design over the first day, they had a prototype the following day, I approved the specs and received the quote. I asked for a slight modification of adding velcro, which they added it at no additional cost.

I received the patches two days later, and only after I had given a couple out, did I realize the velcro was backwards for putting on hats or a bag. The following morning, I messaged them and let them know about the issue and informed them I was concerned I wouldn't have enough time to get the issue fixed before I went on vacation two days later.

They told me to bring them in and they'd take care of it. I came in that afternoon, and they made me a brand new batch, with the issue fixed, all free of charge. They were fantastic.
