I went to this location this past weekend and they were out of a certain pair of crocs my 10 year old wanted. The associate ordered them for us to be delivered. We needed a size 7 in women’s and this is what she said she ordered. The shoes were delivered today and were a size 7 in men’s and a size 9 in women’s. I called the store and the person I spoke with seemed irritated and fast to get me off the phone. So now my only option is to take time out of my day to go back to the store which is nowhere near where I live to return them which is a huge inconvenience. I went to Famous Footwear a week ago. I have been a customer there for around 3 years. My first issue is deceptive pricing. They had signs clearly saying Nike shoes 30% off along with other brands at a discount. You go inside and there were no signs posted about specific brands on sale or discount section for Nike shoes or other brands on discount. I went to the cashier and she related the sign was only for specific Nike shoes. Also now they only give military discount for specific shoes. Their was a women in front of me that was buying a different brand and was complaining about the same issue. She was just told we can give you the number to coporate. Went there on tax free weekend to get some Converse for my daughter. Online it showed that they were in stock in store so we drove out there to get them, unfortunately they weren't in the store. When the floor manager overheard us talking to each other that we couldn't find the size, they informed us that we could order and pay for them here in the store, and have them shipped to my house for free. The shoes came to my door via FedEx, correct size and color, tax free, shipping free and quickly, just an hour before we left for prep day at my daughter high school. Very impressed. And the store was very clean for such a busy day. I will be going here for my Converse needs...
