We didn't make a purchase but the prompt of trying to help is a plus. I went in with the intention of purchasing a laptop. Went to see about the in house financing. Tried to see about the basis of their financing and see if it was better then 2 others financing that I was already guaranteed for. We told sales man we had already did a quick online application got a pre approval but was looking to see if we could get approved etc. But it was like running in circles but in talking. Talking about down payment over n over and credit score etc etc. Which ok the credit score was already ran thus why we went in so it wouldn't be for nothing. We had all paperwork and money in had but he never tried to get us to see what he could do for us. So we left and purchase the laptop...

We went friday to go get a refrigerator that was a much needed quick purchase, Hector sales rep was great and friendly. The ware house for pick up this morning really needs to work on their customer service , we had decided to return to the store to cancel our purchase but upon entering Store manager Daniel M was able to fix the mistake and get our refrigerator delivered today no fees, no hassle. Hector reassured us we would get it today. both the rep Hector and Manager Daniel followed up to assure delivery would get done today and still called after delivery to make sure we were satisfied. My husband and I wanted to purchased a dresser and chest, but we never got greeted by anyone so we walked around, we found something we like. we kept walking to see if anyone would noticed us so we can make a sale but no one noticed us. We passed right in front of there desk and still nothing not even a hello, WE WERE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGE OR welcome blah blah or we will be with you in a moment.
