Legitimately one of the worst gamestops I've been to, and reminds me why I dont visit gamestops anymore.
Went in to preorder a game, and the guy Arthur working the register seems very uninterested in helping me as hes rather just keep chatting with another employee. Ask about the preorder bonus and he mentions they get limited quantities.
Check back to launch day: I get there at their listed opening time (both on Google and website) and no ones there, stores closed. Waited an hour, saw at least a dozen others try to go in and see its locked, and just leave until finally someone showed up. Go in and its the same guy who took my order.
Im the first person in, dude looks annoyed, but I tell him im there for the preorder. Does his sales pitch and checks out my game. I ask about the steel book preorder bonus and he just shakes his head. How did they run out of a preorder bonus if im the first person picking up the game on launch day?
Get home and the disc is damaged. Take it back and he again looks like he hates everything, show him the damage bevause he cant seem to find it and he gives me a new copy. Said if the new disc is the same its a manufacturing error but the game should still work. Do you think they'd accept a game as perfect or new if you traded it in?

Today Jose denied a warranty trade, I was told by their customer service to go tell them to order a new one and give them a case number. Jose decides he has to call Richard who instructs him not to do that and give me a used, different model. Even when I discussed with their support team and confirmed that it would be new, as they were the ones that told me and assured me that all the employee had to do was order the new one and use the case # provided. Meanwhile, another employee, Andrea is eating loud af slurping noodles, wiping her face with her hands while coughing and sniffling all over the place. Kid Jose just jammed the headset we brought in and was disrespectful throughout. I’d appreciate if the store manager contacted me ASAP, I’ve had it with this store. We went the next day, Andrea was "working" she was gaming on her laptop, eating snacks greeted us that was about it, didn't ask if we needed help.
We walked up to her asked about said inventory, she stated that "I havent seen those in while" and then saying "Oh did you mean that one" pointing at the incorrect and outdated model on the wall. We explained again that we need the c cable model but she didn't bother checking store inventory. We ultimately decided to order it through the store rather than go hunting for it...SHE STILL ORDER THE WRONG ONE!!!! ANDREA GET IT TOGETHER!!!! We confirmed TWICE with you that it was the c-cable and not the lightning cable!
