Gil's Boots & Western Wear — Attraction in San Antonio

If I could give zero stars, I would. This man is not a friendly Texan or neighbor. I had to take my dog to the vet which is right next door. The vet clinic was having their front and side sidewalk worked on. So parking for them was limited. This vet clinic has maybe 7 spots when construction isn’t here but maybe 3 now due to construction. Despite having plenty of parking at the front of his store and approximately 11 spots along the side, he did not allow anyone to park along the side or he would have them towed. His business does not draw in the customers to necessitate every spot. A busy day for this store is a few spots along the front. So besides him being neighborly. He chooses to create tough situations for those brining their pets to see that vet. It is the customer that is caught in the middle and the owner of this store chooses to create this issue rather than give up a few parking spots he will not need. To consider him a friendly Texan, family centered San Antonian, and a good neighbor is an equivalent to saying Biden is in good mental standing to being president. Do not support business that choose to behave like the owner...

Great place. The customer service we received here was wonderful. The ladies were so helpful and informative, not to mention, patient with me. I stopped by twice, first when I just started looking for boots and second, after I had shopped around and came back for the best price, product and service. Because of the service, not only did I buy me a pair a boot, I also bought two other pairs, for my son...
