I am a dentist from Vermont using an IT company in Texas! Why would a doctor from Vermont search all the way to Texas? Very simple. If you would just like to do dentistry, stop sitting on hold waiting for a tech to eventually get to your problem or better yet go down for the day or half a day which has been my experience with multiple IT companies. I pay one flat fee, I am not overcharged, and this office has not been down for more than 15 minutes since I have hired them. Unlimitech was gracious enough to take on my office , after multiple other IT people’s damage and was in need in Of MAJOR cleanup They accomplish this in two days Now 4.5 years later I am one happy dentist cruising along through my high-tech computers, cameras, nomad radiographs all the way to my printers. Ray Barnes went above and beyond the call of duty for Kiddie Cavity Care & Orthodontics. We literally spent last Thursday night until about 12am trying to completely reconfigure the practices computer network only to find a problem with the system that required assistance from Comcast. Ray believe that he was able to resolve the issues without assistance from Comcast and continue to work with my assistant all day that Friday . Unfortunately, Comcast equipment was to blame.
