Pretzelmaker — Attraction in San Antonio

I have always liked this place but rarely go to the mall. In the last 6 weeks, twice, I've had to pick up an online order at the mall and figured I'd stop by. They open at 10am, each time I've stopped by well after 10:30am and they have nothing to sell. Yesterday, when I stopped by, the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and said, "As you can see, nothing is ready," pointing at the empty trays. And proceeded to tell me it would be a "couple of minutes." I said to her, "A couple is 2, so it'll be ready in 2 minutes," in which she replied "well it's not going to be 2 minutes, I don't know how long it will be." This clearly is an everyday issue, so why are you open at 10am when you have nothing ready to sell...why isn't someone baking at 9am to be...

I come to pretzel maker every day I've worked in this mall for part time(2nd) job for 2 years .. coming to the job this morning young man seemed irritated when I asked what time they opened he gave us attitude we decided to walk around the mall for him to open and when coming back he not only gave me attitude but gave my girlfriend attitude who also works here attitude and being disrespectful . I believe his shift started around 10 am will still come back because I like there pretzels in cheese but show more...

If I can leave 0 starts I would! I don’t hardly ever go to Ingram mall but the times I do go I always make sure to stop on by and get a pretzel from here. Well I went on a Sunday around 5:20 and asked for an almond pretzel and was told oh I’m sorry were only selling what I have made because we’re already starting to close up! What a SHAME! They must be loosing a lot of sales because...
