Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in San Antonio

The Manager Needs to Immediately remove the Cheesecake icecream. It has gone bad and gave my kids and I Food Poisoning all night and vomiting. We all stop eating it when the consistency felt off. Instead of being normal icecream texture, it Was very slime like which we didn't catch because we thought some had melted during transport. This is the only icecream I get from M.S. and I can show you in my history of ordering. I hope you discard right away, no else deserves to go through this hell of a ride. I can upload a picture later, once I have strength to go downstairs and pull out the freezer.

Staff was very rude & no one with name tags on, one girl particularly tall and wearing glasses was the rudest , my groupon says unlimited toppings and I showed her my Groupon & she said the max you can have is 4 toppings, so now I’m wondering is Groupon wrong ? Or is this employee making up her own policies cause she doesn’t feel like helping out a paying customer ? No spoons or napkins were offered, we felt rushed and pushed out , we will never be coming back to this location. Very disappointed in the manager to let this type of employees to run that location. Let me share with everyone a wonderful experience at this particular location this afternoon. The customer service was great and so were the shakes we purchased. Served quickly and just the way we wanted them. Good to see family there not only working together but they gave off such great a vibe when we were getting our orders taken. A young man with tattoos on his face politely and spoke very clear took our order. He served us in a very modest manner. We paid and left knowing we would return soon. Thanks to everyone working this afternoon. My son and I were very pleased with it...
