Life saver I was calling around and I got an answer from him he was quick to say he would give me a call back which likely in my head wasn’t gonna happen bc well people tend to say that. But he actually did and left a voicemail! After returning his call he then informed me he had no openings so sad we hung up. Now looking everywhere for a place to do my hair I get other call back from him he’s like can you make it in at 6:30 I’m like yes I’m right there! So couple hours later let me tell you I’m a refreshed gal! My hair came out absolutely flawless. He took care of me minus the time he had to attend other things bc I feel that he isn’t greatly praised on the other duties he does. So again I will come back and others should...

I was a loyal customer of Krystal's, she always did an amazing job on my hair. Well, she moved away. Barney replaced her. Nice guy and did a pretty good job figuring out what Krystal used to do. Came back today to get a trim and get told when I walk in, "he's about 20 minutes behind schedule." A little annoyed, considering the effort I put into making it there promptly, but I said okay and waited. FORTY-FIVE minutes later I'm still sitting there and he's still not done. I asked for a simple clean up and my eyebrows are now a new shape and a lot thinner than before, which I was trying to keep them the same shape they were before which is why I asked For a clean up and not a new style.
