Totally Tea Boba — Restaurant in San Antonio

So this was the first time here. My girls decided to try it out. They got one signature drink and also a honeydoo milk tea. The lady said that wasn't what she wanted and said it was a double trouble is what she wanted so I guess. They got their drinks and everything seemed ok the double trouble drink was alright but the other signature was not so good. We went back and tried to ask for a refund or even a different drink and the rude lady there said no immediately. She was very arrogant and rude and said she could call the owner but she is very blunt. I asked her again if she could get a different drink and she said no. I told her that was bad business and she didn't even care. So $16 (approximately) for two drinks. And the ignorant lady told my daughter she couldn't get a small only a large. Really! They even told the lady it was the first time there and she said no you have to order a large😡 So I threw away their drink in their trash. Then the lady goes back to offering samples to people UNBELIEVABLE!

So don't even bother going here save your money! Go to a real Boba Tea place where they care about their business and customers! What a...

Very rude manager.. I tried to get 3 different flavor drinks for my 6 year old. And they kept saying no we don’t sell them in regular size just large. I told them them why do you all have it on regular size menu. She said well they haven’t updated it. Ok I told her how is that my fault they should honor what they have up. She said either take it or I won’t sell it to you. And you can go.. I said let me speak w a manager she said I am the manager. Even other customers said that’s wrong and they were just trying to get money out of people.. never ever would I go there again. And I will tell others about this. My son left crying because he wanted a drink. From 6-11 bucks on drink. Very rude and unprofessional people. Why have this if you won’t honor it. Apparently wowwee lemonade and pink drinks and strawberry milk all large only.. I didn’t even try to figure out...

Tried their signature Milk tea and paid $18.90 for 2 large drinks that went right into the trash lol they were very watered down and had a bad after taste. Also the boba was hard. Their menu says $5.99 for a large and $0.75 for topping, but when I asked why it was so expensive, they just said they were "working on updating their menu". 🙃 so drinks are actually $8.99 I think she said, which is NOT WORTH IT! Just go upstairs and get tea from Poke-Yi. Cheaper...
