The Grand Event Center — Attraction in San Antonio

This place is horrible hosting events. We cane to see siggno and Jennifer Pena were told doors open at 8 for a 9:00 show and it is literally 9:07 and we are still standing outside needing to use the restroom and thirsty. This place is horrible and hopefully no artist ever performs here again. After the show we were kicked outside in the rain they wouldn’t let us wait inside for our Uber after we spent 300.00 on a VIP table. This place is horrible they are rude and let you g people be inside drunk acting stupid but wouldn’t let us wait for the Uber that was 15 mins away we were told we had to go outside and wait for it, 2 women alone. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I regret driving 2 hours to attend this...

Never going back there again. I was having a good time when all of sudden I looked around to look for my husband then to see him get thrown out by bouncers. Get thrown on the floor. Then I go outside to see cops there and telling me we have to get someone to pick us up or they are going to arrest us for drinking so I did call someone to pick us up but there was no need for that. We were not causing problems. We were just having good time enjoying the concert. Which we missed half of the concert mind you we had paid for VIP table. No stars for this place.
