There is a small step to get into the doorway, and the store itself is extremely crowded, making maneuvering very difficult for my wheelchair-bound father. Even worse, when we tried to leave the store, the step at the doorway sent my father flying out of his wheelchair and onto the asphalt outside. When my mother tried to get help from the employees, they brushed her off, since they were "busy with customers", and did nothing to help us until they discovered someone had been injured. Now, my father is in excruciating pain, and we have to bring him to the emergency room, since he has shown signs of a concussion, cannot move his left arm, and has great pain in his hip, right shoulder blade, neck, and back.
