I am immunocompromised — but I have really horrible tmj (I’m getting double jaw surgery soon) and needed botox for my tmj / massater

This was the ONLY place I called that would accommodate taking photos outside & they were baffled that others wouldn’t do this for me

Alex wore a surgical mask without me asking because she thought it’d make me more comfortable. I gave her a powecom n95 and she happily put it on (outside of the room too 🙂 )

she also felt my massater outside so i wouldn’t have to do it inside with my mask off longer - her idea - can’t state enough how her consideration went above and beyond most healthcare environments i’ve been in for the past 5 years. Many doctors and hospitals won’t do simple accommodations to protect me

they had a winx purifier in the private rooms (on low/auto) but I turned it up and they didn’t mind me bringing my own medify air purifier in also at all

no one in the waiting room when i went, weekend availability

overall wonderful attitude, customer service, sydney (or cindy? im a little hard of hearing) at the front desk was great too, didn’t make me feel weird at all and was sooo gracious and accommodating

she gave me only as many units as I needed, she got me in and out, and gave me the neurotoxin that is better for immunocompromised folks

I've been using fillers, lasers, botox - all of it - for 15 years, have been to more than a few med spas, many different providers, and have tried just about every treatment out there.

Botoxie is special, and here's why: Incredibly experienced providers who use the products and treatments themselves. I see Anna, whom I have followed from a previous med spa. She's an artist! So knowledgeable and experienced in using all of the different products out there. That's important, as each person's face and needs are different. You want a provider who listens to you and understands your goals, can assess you, give you a clear understanding of the results you can expect, and will select the best product for you. Anna is warm, friendly, and really listens to me. I trust her.

Anna recently did my lips, and they've never been prettier! I am so happy with my results, and I've been getting my lips done for well over 10 years. Her technique is amazing, she understands the structure of the face, and has tricks to get you the most beautiful youthful look. It really is an art and you want someone who sees your whole face and puts you first as the patient. That means also knowing how much filler is safe for your lips. Truly an expert.

The best part is that Botoxie offers a super wide array of the most current products and treatments. Some spas will recommend treatments or products that may not be the best for your particular needs, but if that's all they have and what they're comfortable using, that's what you get.

I was burned here and it left me with ice pick and rolling scars. It took me a while to write this review. But here's what happened and how I walked in to treat facial capillaries and walked out needing thousands of dollars in treatments to fix what Botoxie did to me.

My first laser session went well, and when I returned a year later, I shared how things healed fine and that I tolerated it well.

On my second visit, everything went wrong. The procedure was excessively performed, targeting vulnerable spots unnecessarily that I hadn't asked for. When I returned after 8 weeks, and I showed them the burn damage and scars - their solution was to offer me one free complimentary microneedling treatment, which does not even compare to the level of damage Botoxie did to my face.

They will say that they offered a microneedling treatment as a first step, but that's all they ever offered me. They never offered more than that and there was never any communication of a plan. Why say that now that I've posted my review?

Attached are photos of my face before I went into the clinic and after. I followed their recovery protocol just like I had the first time, but this was a severe case of negligence and inappropriate treatment. The damage they caused left scars on both sides of my face, I had to seek help elsewhere including multiple subcisions, multiple PRP and microneedling treatments.

The first picture is my face now. I have rolling scars on my cheeks where there was never any scar before. I have ice pick scars around my nose. Parts of the rolling scars have lost melanin.
