My dog could not stay at daycare due to the employee’s inability to correctly read his vet records. This was after I called twice to double check what shots were required. I spoke with my pup’s vet twice making sure all shots were present. When I showed up the employee and who I am assuming is the manager refused to let my dog stay due to an expired influenza shot. This shot was for a bug going around JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA (where I am from, we were traveling across the country which made things even worse) in 2017. We gave him a vaccine just to be safe but since it cleared up the following year there was no need to revaccinate him. The employee saw that this shot was not up to date and concluded that the yearly influenza shot was not up to date even though 2 rows down it clearly stated that the annual influenza shot was up to date. We tried explain our situation and that since we were traveling we just needed him to stay for a couple hours. We tried to speak to the manager but she didn’t even bother looking at the records before tellingus that our dog cannot stay. She then recommended we go to the bet down the street and get the vaccine since we urgently needed him to stay. This was an IDIOTIC recommendation that would put my dog at risk since a) he already had the vaccine and b) would have a weakened immune system after getting the ahot and would be in no state to play with other dogs. We were desperate but not desperate to put a member of the family’s life at risk. We ended up wasting a whole day of our trip on a place that can’t seem to correctly read a simple...
Read moreThe worse doggy care so far I have tried! I had to pick up my dog after only few minutes being left there. (This is after she already being evaluated and got accepted to this location). Within the first few minutes, I checked the camera and saw they put a leash on her and dragging her somewhere else that I couldn’t see. They separated her within not even 5 minutes being there. I called right away while still on the same street to see where they took her and they said she was very playful and she has too much energy! Da! She is a puppy and super curious also in a new place! Give her more than 5 minutes to get adjusted to her new environment! I also specifically asked them if she was aggressive toward anyone or any dog (which she never is) and they said no she is very sweet but just has too much energy! So basically they took her away within few minutes only because she likes to run and play! Absolutely disappointed of the whole operation at this location. For sure not even going to try the other campuses they have if they all using the same mentality and evaluation for judging a...
Read moreMy dog and I felt extremely welcome from the moment we walked in. The staff is so friendly and everyone looks so happy when a dog walks in! One of the owners Kim, recommended her place years ago and I finally decided to try it out. My pittie, Ginger, had her first day orientation and everything went so smoothly. I got to watch her on the cameras from the lobby, while they explained every step of what was going on. I was extremely impressed with their service, technology and the freedom the dogs have there! The play area is huge and looks like a fun playground/park with a little pond! They do not crate and do not separate the dogs, everyone plays together! :) When I left I obsessively checked in on her using the cameras (this is the best so I could see what she does without me), and every time I checked the cameras a staff member was kissing her or hugging her, she was just getting so much love. I am so happy with...
