We needed a very last minute, pet friendly hotel room and we booked this hotel at the recommendation of an online booking agency. It was in September and we were charged $116 online with a $15 service fee and upon arriving at the hotel we were then charged an additional $50 deposit and a $10 hotel fee. So a total of $191. I liked that there were no extra pet fees. When we arrived, we saw a small building with two floors. Each room had its own outside entrance, which I liked since we had dogs with us. The parking spaces were FEW and each space was VERY narrow. Upon entering the room, it was very small with 2 queen beds, with one nightstand in between, and a tiled floor. It had a small refrigerator, a small microwave and 2 packs of coffee. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo, but no hair dryer. There was no closet, but had a small rack with some hangers. We pulled back the cover on one of the beds to find what looked like dirt particles or insect feces on the sheet. We immediately saw a cockroach crawling up the wall between the beds. There was a second cockroach that I was able to snap a picture of, before killing it. I've attached a picture. Obviously, we didn't sleep much that night and we would have loved to leave, but had nowhere else to stay, plus our reservation was non-refundable. If this hotel did not have dirty sheets and cockroaches, we might stay again, but many reviewers speak of witnessing cockroaches, so I doubt we will chance it again. I just hope there were no bedbugs!! It's a shame that they don't have the building sprayed for pests. It would help their business tremendously. When I reported the cockroaches on the following day, the receptionist said he would tell the cleaning lady??? We shouldn't expect to pay this much money to sleep with cockroaches or possibly other unknowns.

The best thing about this hotel is the location and the price. The cleanliness, I'd rate it at 60% and that's being generous, especially after covid. I questioned myself if the price is worth it. At least I didn't find any bugs. That being said it is in a state of disrepair. The room is small and feels cramped. 2 queen sized beds in a 15'x15' ft space w/ a 4'x5' bathroom. (These are close approximations, I didn't actually measure it.) The shower faucet was broken and the bathroom lacked sufficient lighting along with the door being busted. Someone must have held a WWE wrestling match in there because there is no reason for it. I didn't take pictures of the broken stuff, use your imagination. You can tell at one point they did try to upgrade/remodel the rooms but once the money got put into it everything else remained in a state of neglect. It smells fishy with just a touch of urine soaked nicotine in the hallways when you are on the stairs and some spots of the concrete floor are slippery when wet. If you can put up with all of that then the price really isn't all that bad. I've stayed in worse. The TV worked, didn't try the microwave or the fridge. Once I left, I didn't notice any new body sores or cankers so I'm gonna bleach down and call it good.

I arrived at this hotel expecting what was shown in the photos, but the reality was completely different. The room was extremely small, barely enough space for the bed, let alone moving around comfortably. It was also not clean, which made the experience even worse. We tried to cancel the reservation on Saturday around 5 PM after seeing how misleading the listing was. The pictures online do not reflect the actual room size or quality. When the third-party representative called the hotel, the staff said the manager was not available until Monday, even though the employee already had the manager on the phone! This shows a clear lack of accountability and customer care. To make matters worse, they also charge you extra for parking, which wasn’t clearly stated upfront. Definitely would not recommend this place. Avoid if you’re looking for honesty, cleanliness, or even basic customer service.

Was contacted by the GM from the original booking site complaints below, told I should call so they can make this better. Ended up calling a week later and asked 'What do you want?' and that they'd just try to do better next time I came in - yeah, no

We checked into our first room and found what seemed to be mold on the ceiling, or something growing, the bathroom had flys coming from the drain, the AC had an exposed electrical socket that you could see sparking from the outside, and the television looked like it had been chewed threw. The room's other switches and sockets were quite dirty, and all sockets were loose enough to the point they couldn't hold 2 pronged USB chargers.

After getting a second room, some of the problems were fixed, but things like the electrical sockets still being loose and shelves not even being attached with screws was pretty sad. Our bathroom had no fan, so it was a constant issue of a damp bathroom. Additionally, the bathtub faucet was not attached correctly and shot out at someone using the shower - I went to the front desk and was provided with a few Allen keys and an apology - so I hope you don't mind fixing your room while you are here. Things like the room being dirty and smelling like cats/dogs were an issue too, but since hotels were at a premium it's all we could stay at. I wish I would've known the poor state of the hotel and spent a few hundred more for an overall nicer place to stay. I don't mind staying at ratty places, but this made me feel...

This is the absolute worst customer service and business establishment I have ever dealt with. I booked online through their website for Labor Day weekend and received confirmation emails. Management was incredibly difficult to get ahold of prior to check in. They had a 4 different numbers to call that just rang endlessly. When I was finally able to get ahold of someone to confirm check in that Thursday they confirmed me. When I showed up the DIDNT have my reservation and were booked for the weekend. They claimed that the management changed companies and they no longer had a contract with the company I booked from, even though I booked directly on their website.

Management staff was unprofessional and completely rude with no accommodations for a mistake that they made. They knew the issues with reservations not be confirmed had been happening for over a month, but “you weren’t charged” I also didn’t have a place to stay for Labor Day weekend and had to pay DOUBLE what I originally booked for, over $400 more.

They gave no accommodation for the inconvenience and they’re only help was that my credit card wasn’t charged. Completely and utterly shocked they’re still in business with the lack of customer care.

Not to mention from what we could see the rooms were dingy and run down with not the best...
