Finally, after years of owning pets and taking them to different vets, I have found a place that truly cares about your pet. Not only is Dr. Rozsa the most caring, warm and loving veterinarian you will ever meet but her staff members are exactly like her.
You are always greeted warmly when you arrive and they seem genuinely happy to see you. You are also always greeted by their two "guard" cats who will quickly offer you their backs for your petting pleasure.
I had a Chihuahua that hated everybody and taking her to any vet was a nightmare. But here, not only were they were able to groom her, but she actually started to become attached to the staff, especially Emily. When my Chihuahua was killed by two pitbulls, the staff did everything they could to help me get through it. I was so distraught over the incident that I suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized. They came to my house to pick up my pet's body and made arrangements for her cremation. I could not have made it without their loving support.
Dr Rosza truly is a vet who loves animals. She hugs and kisses my pets when they come to see her. She is so gentle with them and she clearly explains what she is doing and why, so you have a clear understanding on what is going on with your pets health.
Yesterday I had to put my beloved Dalamatian down and Dr. Rosza was extremely gentle with my dog. She explained every step of the process as she was doing it and my dog went through it with no stress or anxiety. It was a peaceful passing, unlike an experience I had gone through with another vet who sent another one of my dogs into a panic attack as she was dying.
Dr. Rosza and her staff are the best ever. I'm luck to have found them.
You can tell that Dr. Rosza truly loves animals. She even kisses and hugs my little Chihuahua. explains clearly what ailment my pet is suffering from and her...
Read moreI called over the phone and asked how much it would be to get flea medication for my dog and they qouted me $75. I asked if that would be the total for the whole visit since I just wanted flea medication and they said that $75 would be the total since they saw my dog last December for an annual exam and could just prescribe the flea medication, which is why I decided to book an appointment with them. When I got to my appointment, I told them I just wanted flea medication and the lady told me that the vet would come in to see my dog. I asked if it would be extra and she told me it would not. At the end of the visit, the lady charged me for the wellness exam, which was $65, and the flea medication, which was $75. I said that over the phone they told me I only needed to pay for the flea medication and she told me that since the vet had already seen my dog today for 2 minutes I would need to pay the $65 in addition to the flea medication. When the vet did see my dog for the two minutes, he kept taking personal phone calls and would walk out of the door to talk on the phone. He then came in again and talked to me for another 30 seconds, then got another call and walked out of the door again. They definitely ripped me off and scammed me for my money. Do not go here. They will upcharge you and you won’t know until the end of the visit and they will make you pay or they will not let you out of the door. They do not care about your animal. All they care about is getting more...
Read moreThis place used to be amazing now I wouldn't take a rat here. They are rude, incompetent employees and vets that are just trying to take your money and don't care about your pets. I had to put my dog down about a month ago. After the vet gave my dog his second shot, my wife and I were crying telling our best friend that he will be missed. The vet looked at us and said "He can't hear you he is gone" got up walked to the door and said "but take all the time you need" before waking it. I thought that was rude and was really upset but not worth writing a review over until today. Back on that day I had declined the $200 urn that they wanted to put his ashes in. But I was told I would still get the ashes in a few weeks. I called because I hadn't heard anything about my ashes understanding it's the holiday season and things get forgotten. I was told that they couldn't find his ashes and that they had already been spread and there isn't anything they can do. Are you serious?!?! How the hell does this happen?!? You can't find my best friends ashes and you can't even fake sympathy?!? These people are monsters!
If you care about your pet, take them somewhere else because they obviously don't care about animals just money. It's a shame this used too be a great place that my dog...
