San Diego Smile Pros — Attraction in San Diego

I have since edited my review because I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from the owner who was very kind, attentive, and took the time to make things right. In many industries, this doesn’t happen. I appreciate the call and will be trying your services again. Like I mentioned below, my review had nothing to do with Dr. Hayes. She was very good but the miscommunication of charges. All which have been resolved. Thank you for taking the time to care for your clients.

Unfortunately my 2 year old son had an accident regarding him to receive stitches on his lip. The ER doctor advised him to have his teeth checked by a dentist just in case.

I was referred to this place by a family member and was anticipating a wonderful visit experience. We didn’t have dental insurance for my 2 year old, however we have medical dental insurance which is covered with our PPO medical plan in the case of injury. There is a difference!

Knowing that I may have to pay out of pocket and than was told by my insurance it is covered, I called anyway and they said it would be around $100. But when I got there they mentioned how he could receive a “cleaning” and I told him I don’t think he will sit through it. The doctor came in (who was very nice by the way) so this has nothing to do with her and looked at his teeth and applied fluoride. The whole experience took about 10 minutes and ended up costing me $243!!

While I appreciate her quick encounter to make sure my sons teeth are okay. Yikes! $100 to $243 in 10 minutes!!!

5 Stars for a fantastic office & staff! Anyone interested in Invisalign should call San Diego Smile Pros first!

From the first time I entered San Diego Smile Pros, I was impressed by the team. The reception staff is so friendly, and the communication with the office is so quick and easy. In my initial appointment with Jackie, she was very engaging and patient in answering my questions. I felt like I was talking to a caring friend even though I had just met her. Dr. Durschlag was so knowledgeable about different options I could pursue. He made me feel very confident that he understood my goals for treatment and would be the best person to help me achieve them.

I have been a patient for almost 1 year, and my initial impressions of the office are confirmed with every visit I have.

Before coming to San Diego Smile Pros, I had a lot of anxiety around anyone working on my teeth. Flor and Yossy have helped me at my attachment appointments, and both ladies were so gentle and wonderful. I have had such great experiences here that I look forward to my next appointment.

The attention to detail on my Invisalign plan and care I've received has been top-notch. Whenever I've had a question or needed anything, the customer service and support have been fantastic. As a bonus, there's plenty of free parking, an amazing fish tank, and...

As an Invisalign patient, I always have a lot of questions regarding my treatment. Dr. Adams and his awesome team are always available to answer my questions, in a timely manner. Flor ( & all the assistants) are the GREATEST! Flor always compliments my smile and everyone makes me feel welcomed! The ladies up front are always helpful in helping me find the best next appointment!

I am so glad I decided to do my treatment with Invisalign because all of my appointments run so quick and smooth! Invisalign really is the best option for a busy adult like myself! My friend, who has braces, is constantly at her orthodontist because of a pokey wire or a broken bracket. NOT ME! It also brings me confidence to know that Dr. Adams is a well-known and elite provider for Invisalign.

The only downfall to this office is that parking can be a little hard to find when you first visit. So as long as you look for their Dolphin Logo across the street, you should be good to go!
