Assistant Manager ANA WAS BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL WORST STORE EVER, UNTRAINED STAFF, CUSTOMER SERVID TERRIBLE! Do not come here and speak your hard earned money ! Came here after a purchase of some boots and some maintenance equipment ANA had recommended me. The stuff she told me to use completely ruined my boots! (Mind you I had no knowledge so I completely trusted her) when I came to the store to show them what happened and see what I could do to revive the material(not to argue or get some discount or return) I just wanted to understand what went wrong. ANA became extremely hostile and confrontational towards me started blaming me and calming me a lair saying I put something else in there when all I used on my boots was what she recommended me. She’s such a bad look to this company. I was nothing but calmed and collected and all she did was make me feel like I was at fault I was a bother. Please avoid people like Ana she’s a terrible contribution to any company. And to make it worst cherry on the top then the owner came over and did exactly the same they started teaming up on me and watching their own interest because at the end of the day they don’t care about my 200 dollars I spend there so they will make me look like I was at fault and turn it against me to protect their own interests. But when I went to another boot barn they 100% agreed with me and told me that the other store should of given me a different recommendation to clean my boots that they were unexperienced and definitely costed damage...

THEY'RE NOW IN AN EVEN BIGGER & BETTER LOCATION. THEIR STOCK & VARIETY IS EXCELLENT. VERY FASHIONABLE, CLASSIC, & TRENDY WESTERN WEAR FOR ALL AGES. WE LOVE THE VARIETY OF BEAUTIFUL BOOTS, CLOTHES, & ACCESSORIES, AS WELL AS THE REASONABLE PRICES. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FRIENDLY & WELCOMING AS ALWAYS. THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL. THEY'RE WELL KNOWLEDGED ON THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY'LL LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR NEEDS ARE, SO THEY COULD HELP YOU MAKE DECISIONS ON ATTIRE, ACCESSORIES, & / OR BOOTS FOR ANY OCCASION. THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE IMPORTANT TO THEM. WE WENT TO THE GEORGE STRAIT, CHRIS STAPLETON, & LITTLE BIG TOWN CONCERT EARLIER THIS MONTH. My family had the worst experience here. A sensor with the pin was sticking in a boot without the cover. We didn’t notice only till after we had tried on the boot, my son was crying really loud the boot had it cut him and he started bleeding. We notified the staff it took them a while to actually acknowledge and look at my son, and then offer first aid cleaning the associates. Did apologize the one I reached out to. The security ask a few questions left saying I would get a copy never came back didn’t receive the copy only that i should be contacted an apology from them in corporate. No apologies was given by any type of manager I asked for a number that I can call because I was gonna take my son to the doctors because he is special needs and he was a few days away from surgery so I didn’t getting any type of infection from the cut.
