The manager Troy only cares about his profits. The day I came into purchase two beds with two mattress, he was completely all about his customer service and providing the best service he possibly could, of course because his intentions were to make the sale. We purchased two matching twin beds with two matching twin mattresses this year in 2020. Since then, I have been experiencing chronic back pain. It started off as mild and now its to the point where I cannot get up fast from the bed. When I wake up, I have to slowly work my way up (MIND YOU, I am a 27 year old woman with no prior back pain). At first, I thought it was just my fast life from work and school so I did not want to blame the mattress. Then a couple months in, i figured it had to be the mattress but I just need to get used to it probably since it is a new mattress. It has been 5 months in and now my back is in such immense pain. I will be going to the doctors now but before that I wanted to get in touch with the company to notify them what is going in. 5 months in buying the mattress for me to be experiencing this pain I think is a good time frame to still call in, it is not a year from now as Troy made me feel. He basically bashed me and was really rude on the phone, of course I did get defensive with his mood switch from when I first met him to make the sell. On the phone he made me feel like I was lying, I was abusing the business and all i wanted was the same customer service he gave me the first day. Maybe an "I understand, but this is our return policy." OR "I can meet you half way like this" or anything in that nature. He was so quick to judge and tell me that calling in 5 months from then was basically ridiculous. His tone of voice was so mean even before I began my story. I had first called and talked to another employee that said he was going to give all the details to Troy and he would call me back Saturday. He never called me back so I called him Sunday and the employee said that Troy would be in, in one hour. Finally he called me with his rude tone of voice. I have never needed to call in to return any furniture, let alone a mattress but as my back pain is so bad, I felt it was unfair that I now have to shop for another mattress that isn't even a year old because of how severe my back pain is. He did not care to even meet me half way or even show interest in what I was telling him was true. My aunt bought a matching mattress and she has been also having back pain. The doctor has prescribed her with back patches that I have been borrowing from her while I was trying to figure out the root to my problem. I understand there is a certain return policy they have but when a customer has been going there for years and has complained to you one time about one particular item you should care to at least investigate the situation a little more versus make them feel like its absurd to take a mattress back from 5 months ago. Maybe look at the customer buying history first as me and my family have been purchasing from there since 2006. Has anything been returned before? No. A 27 year old woman with no kids yet, should not be experiencing this type of immense back pain and customers should feel completely satisfied.

I love how Troy comments on here on my already negative review and focuses on the highlight that will be to his future customers. I will like to reiterate that although I have history from buying here since 2006, it has not been because of how wowed I have been from your service. It has been because my family has lived in the area for many years and it has been the most convenient shop around as it is right around the corner to us. Like I have mentioned, there was no issue before because up to this day his other products have just been satisfactory but now that I finally have an issue with an item of his, he does not stand by his product. I recently bought a mattress, 09/07/2020 with Fabricio, very great sales man and great service. The mattress was expected to be delivered to the store and later to my house, 09/15/2020, however due to reasonable inconveniences the mattress was not delivered. So, I called the store and Troy gladly helped and assisted me with my discomfort of the situation. The next day, first thing in the morning Troy checked on the mattress delivery and proceeded to call me as we plan the day before. Troy and I, made an appointment for the mattress to be delivered and yes the mattress was delivered to my house. Robert, the delivery personal of the store, called me on the day the mattress was supposed to be delivered, however, I did not answer but still the bed was delivered to my mother who was the person that open the door for Robert. My mother, who had a recent surgery, told me that Robert was so helpful and kind, she was so happy. Thank you very much Robert! I called first a couple of times looking for a specific item. They not only answered all my questions, and they were polite, patient and respectful, but I also didn't feel the sale pressure part that is usually put on potential customers, trying to get their personal info, or getting an appointment date from them.
