This was my first time coming here, let me tell you Grace is the worst "manager" I've EVER encountered in the retail industry. I came in to shop for work attire, I spent almost $200. Grace was ringing me upnup and failed to mention if i didn't bring back the clothes with the price tags she wouldn't exchange. Now, mind you she's standing in front of the small sign that explains this, also only stating you have 6 days to exchange without any further NECESSARY INFORMATION. I come back within the time frame of 6 days, I'm being yelled at for not bringing in the price tags, and I had to ask Grace to lower her tone multiple times. But the issue continued. As a first time customer I apologize and let her know I wasn't aware of the policy and I didn't look at the receipt. Her excuse was they needed the SKU number in order to exchange, but they have the same shirts on the floor with the same SKU number on the receipt o brought in. I asked her if as a one time courtesy she can let me please exchange the clothes. Especially knowingly that I spent quite a bit of money and will then be stuck with clothes I wasn't happy with because of the fitting. Now, with this whole pandemic you are unable to try on clothes anymore thus saving you these type of issues. It's truly upsetting as a customer, let alone the first time being treated with such disrespect overall, and secondly that inconsideration these people have. Grace was very graceful ringing me up because I wasn't just buying one item, but multiple and maybe the biggest transaction of the day. As this is a small fashion store in a plaza. Especially since they just reopened. But when asking to just exchange, not even asking for a complete refund, I'm scolded, yelled at and even left talking to myself at one point.
Will NEVER shop here again, and I'll be sure to inform those who recommended this store, what great disappointment this place really is. Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. I had a large number of clothing items. One of the sales associates took the first group of clothes that I had to the back to hold. As I continue shopping, another woman comes over and tells me they can't hold such a "large" number of items because they have to show them to other people on such a "busy" day. 😑 I had around 25 items, half of which were tank tops. There were only a few people in the store. Now I could understand if the items I had were the only ones left, but there were literally duplicate items. MULTIPLE! She then tried to force me to start trying on clothes, which of course I was not ready to do. I explained to her that I could just put the clothes I wanted on the side right by where I was shopping. She told me no. I let her know I was not ready to try on clothes and that I would like to collect all of my items and then take them to the dressing room at once. Now obviously, we all know that you can only take a few pieces in the dressing room at a time so I would have had to make multiple trips. No problem! I wasn't in a rush. This ridiculous woman wouldn't even let ME hold the clothes that I wanted. After a short exchange, I just told her to just put everything back because there were PLENTY of other establishments that would be happy to take my money. I walked out. Too bad because she lost a big sale.
