Masons Grand Lodge of California — Attraction in San Francisco

We just went in for a second to see the mural but the venue hosts lots of concerts and entertainment. They have a billboard out front that tells you about the coming up events at the Lodge, more like Temple tho. A big and beautiful room and it seems at the time there doing renovations and such but did have a strong security presence at the gate to the left but I'm sure it's because that's where the concerts are held. This is a review for the auditorium portion for those that may be interested in catching a live show. I saw Tosh over the weekend and had a balcony seat. The venue itself is quite nice, bar staff friendly, etc. Negatives: The seats are made for ridiculously short people and the sound for this show was absolutely terrible from the balcony. I had to strain to hear the comedians.

Personally, I'd love to see comedians go back to doing shows at the smaller, more intimate comedy clubs instead of trying to rockstar huge auditoriums...
