Allied Universal® Security Services — Attraction in San Jose

So yesterday I went to the open interview for Wednesdays and I was very nice dressed. I thought I looked very nice professionalized dressed and I had on my UGG boots cause it was cold rainy outside and I don’t know who the guy was that was doing the interviews, but he was the head Manager or whoever he was there waiting to get the interview going. I approached him and I asked him if there was any paperwork to fill out before the interview and he approached me in a very loud way in front of about 20 people in the lying telling me that I was not dressed Like business I don’t understand Business because I had on some very nice dress pants with a dress shirt and a dress jacket and I had on some UGG boots that were very nice as well. I didn’t look dirty. I didn’t look Unprofessional I look very professionalized looking for a job. I was clean. My hair was nice clean. Makeup on, I look very pretty and this guy straight told me to go home and change and come back and look business💀🥲🙈 I’ve never been embarrassed in my whole 45 years of living He could’ve took me aside and let me know I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I felt a little bit discriminated as well telling me if you live close by you can go change Living close by even if I was living close by, I wouldn’t go back and apply to Allied ever for this embarrassment.🥲🙈🤦🏼‍♀️ So unprofessional if he was a manager Or assistant, but he was very very embarrassment Especially all the security guards that I see at the sites Sitting on their phone being lazy, not even doing their job and and their from Allied That’s sad and a professionalized security guard lady comes to get a job and that’s how you treat people never have I’ve been treated like this From any Security Company If anything, they told me I was overdressed and looked very nice to come to an interview and thank you for Very professional dressing up And I’ve always got the job because I looked very professionalized and not all ghetto and coming with dirty hair and smelling like cigarettes with holes in my pants. Maybe that’s the kind of people they like. Zoom into the picture and I don’t think none of these people look business Are they wearing tuxedos and shiny shoes at the top? I...

Here is my letter to Allied Universal Mgmt on December 20 2021

"I called 4 days ago about a E320 white Mercedes that my neighbor has complained about being parked for a month or 2 in front of his home at 10xx Coriander. The dispatch assured me that a citation notice was given and would automatically tow the car after 72 hours per CA vehicle code. This was not done. I called 4 times today to inquire about the status of the tow. Each time I was asked to provide a vehicle description and assurance that a manager will call me back to address my concerns. This was not done. I was also assured that Robellos towing will tow the vehicle tonight. This has not been done thus far. I am extremely unhappy with Allied Universal and will leave appropriate feedback on Google Reviews and Yelp Reviews if applicable. I will not be recommending Allied Universal to any other HOA who asks about the security service. I am strongly considering asking the board to terminate the service agreement that Allied Universal has with Pepper Lane HOA given the poor service that has been provided. Please let me know if you recommend that I make a change for my HOA's security service."

Made me fill out reassignment forms just to wait for 3 weeks, never got reassigned. Went to hiring event twice, first time I came at 3 nobody was here the receptionist told me to come back, I went back Thursday I could not even get in because it was a different receptionist not letting me in. I messaged my manager he told me to show them the forms I already filled out them I’m told by the receptionist to email it to a different email. The management is so bad here it’s not even funny it’s literally just a big inconvenience. The receptionist even told me my manager gave incorrect information when I came in for the hiring event...
