Heritage Bank of Commerce — Local services in San Jose

This is the absolute worst company I've ever had the displeasure to be associated with. They are extremely unprofessional, untrained, unkind and act like no matter how poorly they treat you you should be lucky they are holding your money. Their banking systems are extremely antiquated and the staff doesn't have the basic knowledge that should be mandatory in this business. Dark ages! If you express your discontent at the incompetence they blame the customer and retaliate instead of learning from the feedback. A particularly rude individual is Wendy Talamantes. She doesn't posses the rudimentary legal understanding of Human Resource law as well as her manager Janice Miyake who should be held accountable. Avoid them! I have banked with Heritage Bank since 2003. I am no longer able to login into my Small Banking online banking even after requesting a new password Reset. Since I was overseas, I cannot login even with the right credentials. Believe it or not: I found a voicemail sometime Last Aug saying that he was from the bank and wanted to tell me that I can no longer make any deposits because my accounts are now Closed? Who does this? I was planning to close them sometime because of their unsatisfactory customer service but I did not know that they closed them (2 accounts) without confirming with me first. Anyway: I do not want to bank with Heritage Bank of Commerce anymore now. I do not think their Los Altos Branch deserves my 5 Stars....
