Atlantis Condominium — Attraction in San Juan

Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous views of old San Juan and the ship ports. The place is HIGHLY secured, you need a key to get in the garage, condo lobby and elevator. Security is super nice and friendly, they love to talk and remember your face. The condos are very contemorany with exposed concrete, pipes and large windows. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach (2 blocks). The only down sides are if you're a light sleeper, the A.C. tends to be obnoxiously LOUD when it kicks in (it's frightened me from my sleep almost every time, we even have to turn the tv volume 2x as high just to hear), you have to remember to keep the hot water switch on when you shower (or else showers will be ice cold) and in some condos (like our corner unit) the master bedroom wall is right up against your neighbors water line so when they turn on the water/shower it sounds like a tin roof raining in your bedrom. That aside it was a great place to stay all the locals friends we have here thought very highly of the place when we told them where we were staying...

My wife and I recently had our honeymoon in San Juan and we stayed at the Atlantis. The previous renters had lost the key fob to the elevator, so ANYTIME we needed to go up to our room the entire week, we had to get the concierge at the desk to scan us up. Although this was a significant inconvenience, the staff at the Atlantis were absolutely friendly and professional every time they had to stop what they were doing to let us on the elevator. We got to know them pretty well during our stay. I cannot say enough good things about Moses, Jeff, and Richie. There were two ladies that were there one day each and I didn't catch their names, but they were great as well. There were not a lot of good service experiences during our stay in Puerto Rico at all. We are so thankful that the best service we received was from the staff of the place we stayed. GIVE THESE PEOPLE A RAISE IMMEDIATELY!
