Our experience was great had looked it up the night before but decided we didn't know exactly what time we'd be in Old San Juan. So we booked it as we dropped off our rental and took a taxi to the Casablanca dropped our bags and wandered around for a while without 50 extra pounds strapped to our backs. Our check in was quick and the lady (who's name is escaping me) was so sweet and very helpful. When we return to pick up our bags she called us a taxi so we could get back to the airport. Very easy, convenient, and friendly service. The hotel staff took our items and gave us a claim check. We returned and picked them up with no waiting and no issues. They even allowed us to sit in the lobby and get our belongings situated and organized, and a bathroom was also nearby for our use.
