Ate here while staying at Hotel Rumbao, which is in the same building as this restaurant. The hotel gave me a food voucher to use which prompted me to give this place a try. The restaurant was pretty empty when I got there (dinner time). I sat at the bar. Service was extremely slow. It took 30 mins before I even got a menu. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited. Had the Rum Bao drink, and it was good however after seeing how the staff "cleaned" the barware between customers, I respectfully declined ordering a second beverage. The octopus appetizer looked amazing when it came out and got alot of attention from other patrons at the bar. The flavor was good but the cook was inconsistent, some parts were super soft and felt under, while other parts were too tough to cut with a knife. I didn't finish it. Plus, you only get two tentacles, I don't feel like the price matches the value of the dish. All that aside, the pork belly fried rice was amazing!! I would order it again the next time I'm...

The restaurant was horribly understaffed. It took an hour and 45 min for our dinner to arrive, and our server, Miguel, was about as unhelpful and rude as I have ever experienced. The food was close to inedible, I don’t even think they had full time cooks working in the kitchen.
The manager, Nichole, agreed that our party shouldn’t have to pay for any of the food as long as we paid for the cost of our drinks. We agreed, paid, and signed the bill. We didn’t leave a tip because we were asked to only pay for the cost of the drinks.
After reviewing my credit card bill, it was revealed that someone from the restaurant HAD FILLED IN A $20 TIP ON THE CHECK without my approval. When I emailed the restaurant about this to dispute the bill, they sent me a copy of the bill with the fraudulent $20 tip and gave me no response about...
Read moreWhat a gem! Kueros perfectly balances innovative takes on Puerto Rican cuisine with a sophisticated atmosphere. The Puerto Rican Chicken Nachos are a must-try - they brilliantly swap traditional tortilla chips for taro chips, creating an unforgettable twist on a classic. The baby back ribs were also outstanding. Beyond the food, the restaurant offers stunning bay views and chic ambiance. Our server Angel provided exceptional service, striking the perfect balance of attentiveness and friendliness.
The soundtrack deserves special mention - it was refreshing to hear legendary Puerto Rican artists like Hector Lavoe and Frankie Ruiz playing instead of just current hits. While I love Bad Bunny as much as anyone, it was wonderful to experience the rich musical heritage of Puerto Rico while dining. This thoughtful touch really enhanced the overall experience. A perfect spot for both the food...
