Coastline Park — Attraction in Sanford

Not sure where all these fun loving people came from, but I go to Coastline about once every two weeks, sometimes more, and the place is a dump. Typically during the day, say noon, the pavilion is filled with people hanging around looking like they're high. I've been approached by a guy trying to sell me bags of potato chips and other snack for 25 cents. Said he just got them from a store nearby. I've seen fights break out, and people yelling at others. Such a cute playground, but the city needs to maintain it better. So much little garbage all over, it's basically covered in micro plastics at this point and will be difficult to clean up because it's been neglected. It's a great park!...
