if there were a 0 star option I would have done that. I have never been scared in a restaurant before. the guy that was working was angry and when I walked in at 10:30 ( they close at 11) , he looked at me a made a very loud unhappy sigh, then he walked to the front door and locked it and shouten to someone in the back : “ if somebody else comes in please do not let them inside”. Then he looked at me and said: “ I am out of meatballs and cookies if that’s what you’re here for”. I said no i am here for something else and waited in silence until he got done doing what he was doing. Then a lady approached the front door and saw that we are inside, and the “open” sign was still one. The guy ignored her, so she started knocking in the door and he shouted “I don’t care we’re closed whatever” . The lady started calling the restaurant’s phone number and he did not pick up. Then he wanted to let a customer out, so when he opened the door, the lady tried to come in but he stopped her in a belligerent way. She said she would tip him but he shut the door closed on her. Then he told me what do you want? and I said a tuna sub please. Then he screams: “ f*ucking human beings, they think money can solve everything… they think they’re special” and then he started imitating the lady in a downgrading fashion.
I was so uncomfortable and I did not feel safe as he was angry and he locked the door on me.
the worst part is that when he was letting me out, another client walked in and he got into it with him too.
It was by far the worst service of my life. Very unfortunate that such a young guy can have such anger. It actually worries me because who knows what he is capable of. I wish management would follow up with him and see why he’s angry and try to make it...
Read moreThere was only 1 person working eventhough it was a weekday at lunchtime... I felt so bad for him! The line was to the door the entire time we were there (and we ate there too). Despite this he made sandwiches quickly that looked and tasted delicious and did not show any frustration. HE deserves a raise... All of the food was fresh and the restaurant was clean except for 1 table covered in trash that a customer left even though they were THE TABLE NEXT TO THE TRASHCAN. They wouldn't have even had to stand up to throw their stuff away. They need to schedule more than that one guy during the lunch rush to help with these issues. Just because the guy is amazing at his job it doesn't mean you have to make him work that...
Read moreTried calling in an order and wete RUDELY told they do not take phone orders....we thought OK but the internet was not working when we initially tried. Eventually we were able to order on line and placed our order. Sandwich we we ordered was comprised of two thin pieces of turkey. Order was also incomplete insofar as it was missing drinks , chips and cookies that were ordered on line. When we noted the deficieny, rather than apologize, staff was rude and acted annoyed. We often order from Subway and never experience such poor service. TRY ANOTHER SUBWAY LOCATION....OR...
