I didn’t get his name but he was the only one in the store on 6/2/23 a little after 3 pm I went to purchase a disposable vape grape fume ultra and he tried to sale me 3 and I specifically told him that, I only wanted one . I proceeded to take out my card to make the payment, this clown again tries to sell me 2!!! I just ignored him. He over charged me out of spite 21.00 for a 15.00 disposable vape and I know he did it out of spite! My thoughts are he’s not getting enough business so they over charging people to level they books out. Very bad customer service arguing back with me and called me a B** there are much better vape shops in Sanford this one is very bad business or they need to get rid of that...

Megan was AMAZING! Friendly, full of great recommendations and incredibly helpful AND patient! I had to switch something out last minute as she was ringing me up and she never batted an eye, it was no big deal and she was just as nice as if I had added 4 more products to my checkout.

If Megan isn’t a manager- she SHOULD BE! She’s the person you want assisting you wherever you go. Never pushy, but acknowledged me the moment I stepped inside. Alert and ready to give me the details on any and everything. I felt like I made a new friend!

I visited the store in Sanford on Saturday 08-24-24. Jordan was the employee that was working that day. I have visited this store several times every couple of weeks. Even though i live in volusia county. Today was an exceptionally good day for a visit. Jordan was outstanding. He was able to answer all my questions about all products that I asked about. He also knew about all specials and sales were going on, without having to make a call to someone who never answers the phone. He is a friendly nice person, a GREAT EMPLOYEE. Thank you Jordan.
