Spanish Food — Local services in Sanford

I came in there admittedly later in the day and I ordered some of the pork and rice and beans and I get that it was later in the day like 4PM but the rice was terrible honestly. I'm sure it was great when it FIRST came out but I've cooked before and I can tell you, that rice was not fresh and had to at LEAST be over a day old, I am not kidding. Some of it was soft but most of it was hard as hell. It just wasn't edible. Then we got the pork and it was obvious with the taste that it wasn't fresh, it definitely had been sitting out a while and honestly the pork skin was so hard to bite or chew I felt like a dog chewing on rawhide. I was barely given any meat but fat and skin galore.I feel like this place should be inspected honestly like I'm quite disappointed in what I received and also the price was insane for leftovers. It cost me over $20 with two $1 drinks! I got 2 very small containers of food (rice&beans, pork...) and we thought we were gonna try to be cheaper than going to subway.
