Completely unhappy with their service! Do not shop online with this company. I purchased a discontinued bottle of vodka on Dec 15, (and paid approx $95 total) I live out of state and waited on shipping. I happened to visit the area on Dec 30th and could have easily walked in and picked up my purchase but I did not have a checked bag to bring items back home. On Jan 9 (almost a month later) I was charged $180, and told that they would not sell the bottles to me for the original price because “they’re discontinued and shouldn’t have been sold at that price”. The only way I could have them was to pay $180!...

I'm very hesitant to order liquor from out of state stores due to the high rates of scammers.

I'm so thankful I took a chance and ordered 2 bottles of hard to find, limited edition Ciroc bottles. Not only were the prices amazing, the customer service was next level. Within an hour of placing the online order, I received a follow-up phone call letting me know the ordered was packed and ready for shipping!
