Was told different things in regards to parking and breakfast. Their was 2 other couples staying there as well and 1 couple was told another thing. Example; $18 for parking both days. $16 for breakfast and the other was free. Or $10 for breakfast, and the other was free. Charge me for things okay I understand but don’t tell people different things. Room was leaking water and floor was extremely wet had to put towels on the floor so no one would trip and fall condensation is one thing but this was a little puddle almost getting to the bed. Room was hot all weekend, it would take hours for room to go down 1 degree. I just remember sweating the whole time I was there, I was extremely uncomfortable. Wifi and Netflix stuff is confusing not user friendly, I got to it okay it took awhile needs to be more user friendly. The remote control is annoying their was a delay if you pressed a button it would take 3-5secs for it to respond VERY annoying. Add microwaves ! I had some leftovers I wanted to bring to the room but realized no microwaves. I don’t mind paying the price for things of extra but what I mind is a 4 star hotel not being up to par. View was pretty, staff was nice room looked so cool it was an okay stay just not worth the price. I didn’t wanna focus on the negative but it was hard not to. I wanted to call front desk but just didn’t wanna be that person, overall I wouldn’t stay there again room temperature was a big part of that.
