It's very true that it's very noisy from morning, until late afternoon, with landscape workers. I believe fire dept, must be close by because, you can really hear them a lot too. This community has potential, but the way parking is handled is a serious issue. The HOA enforces extremely limited guest parking, which doesn’t make sense given the layout of the units—many of which have cars parked one behind the other. It’s inconvenient and creates daily headaches for residents. The towing penalties are steep, and it often feels like the rules are enforced with little flexibility or understanding. I hope the board takes a more thoughtful approach...

I recently had a guest over for few days and because of the rigid rules and the limited times you can park in guest parking, they were almost towed. My unit has tandem spots, so every time I need to leave, I have to call someone or shuffle cars around. It’s exhausting. It’s a 500$ towing fine, outrageous.
