Very disappointed in the Valencia location. As much as I love Soma, it's just not the worth the risk and headache I've gone through. There were multiple mistakes done on my one visit in June 2017. The store manager convinced me to purchase a second bra to get the 2 for $49 deal so I caved. However the second bra had to be ordered since they didnt have it in stock. (Btw I was already getting the deal with only purchasing the one bra since I was buying some bras for my mom, but had no clue at the time) As I was ready to pay, she took off to take her break and left me to check out with another person. When I got home, I realized I did not have the first and only bra I wanted in the bag. Thankfully they did not charge me for it (but I had to be conviced and shown the transaction when I went back to the store to pick it up "and repay in my mind for it")(the receipts are so hard to undstand) but ok I guess no harm done other than being inconvenienced to drive back to pick up the bra I "thought" I'd purchased. (Mind you it's not easy to go places with a 10 month old) Later I received in the mail some night shorts I ordered from that day and of course they are the wrong ones! So once again I'm calling the store to ask them what happened?! The manager told me to come back and she will return the shorts and again reorder the ones I wanted. As much fun as that sounded, I just couldn't get myself back in the car with my little guy so I just kept the shorts. Still waiting for my second bra to come in... I realized it's been over a month and no bra.... so today I decided to call the 1-800 number from the receipt I got from the shorts. I wasn't about to call the Valencia store again because at this point I was livid since they told me all shipments take 5-10 business days. Guess what?! My bra was sent to an old adress I no longer live at for the past 3 years. How does one item (the shorts) get sent to the right adress but the other does not?
