Fiiz Drinks Saratoga Springs — Attraction in Saratoga Springs

I have now been to this specific Location multiple times. Each time I have been dissapointed with my drinks. The only reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is the customer service. The people at the window are awesome and I am always greeted with care. Now they need to train these individuals on how to make a drink. My I love lucy was drowned in cream and minimal coke zero. Threat level midnight drowned in raspberry puree, and my 2 rubber ducky drinks I had to take away from my children. Every drink was full of sprinkles. And i think it was 1/4 Sprite zero mixed in with 3/4 blue rasberry syrup.

Edit: Matt the owner reached out to me. He truly cares about the customer experience. He has made this whole ordeal right and I appreciate him reaching out. I am a frequent visitor at custom drink places, and I gotta say, Fiiz is one of my favorites. I love the amount of different drink combinations they have, and the fact that they offer a wide variety of both salty and sweet snacks along with it? Amazing! Most of the time, at places like Swig, all they offer with your drink is a cookie. But sometimes, you want something salty with your drink. I love that you're able to get that here at Fiiz. If you're looking for a good Mtn Dew drink recommendation, try out the Antifreeze. It's delicious.

Went through the drive through and ordered a soft pretzel. The pretzel on the menu has a star bubble right next to it thats says “HOT”. I was super excited for a nice hot pretzel on a cold rainy day. When they handed me the pretzel , it was cold. Not just like.. room temp cold, but like refrigerator cold. I pulled out of the drive through because there were cars behind me, but I parked and took a bite. SO disappointing especially for a $3 pretzel. I didn’t have time to go in and ask for it warmed up, which is the reason I went through the drive thru in the first place. I could understand if it was a little warm outside and cold in the center – like they just didn’t warm it up all the way, but you could tell they hadn’t even tried...
