Indiaco Schaumburg/ Hoffman Estates — Attraction in Schaumburg Township

We purchased Sitafal (Cherimoya) from Indiaco, and when we got home and opened the package, we found the fruit in disgusting condition – covered with a strange white growth that looks unsafe to eat. Clearly, this was spoiled when it was sold to us.

When we called the store immediately to let them know, instead of apologizing or offering a solution, every single person we spoke to yelled at us. They blamed us for “not checking” the fruit before buying – even though it was sold from the frozen section and looked fine until we opened it later at home.

To make matters worse, they outright refused to take it back or issue a refund. This isn’t just bad customer service, it’s a serious health risk. Selling spoiled fruit and then blaming customers is completely unacceptable.

This was a terrible experience, and I will not be shopping at Indiaco again. If management doesn’t care about food safety or treating customers with respect, then people deserve to know before risking their health...

I recently had a great experience at IndiaCo Schaumburg location. Thanks to the excellent supervision and management of the store. Gauri was very attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that the store was running smoothly and efficiently.

Gauri & Jigar were visible throughout the store, assisting customers and staff as needed. They were also quick to address any issues that arose, making sure that everything was taken care of promptly and to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

I was impressed by the manager's attention to detail and their dedication to providing top-notch customer service. They clearly care about the store and its customers, and it shows in the way they handle their responsibilities.

Overall, I was very impressed with the manager and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a well-managed and customer-focused grocery shopping experience. Keep up...
