Spencer's — Attraction in Schaumburg Township

This is my second time here and yet again another issue. I didn’t even want to go in here but my wife did. At the time of posting this review T-shirts were buy one get one 50 percent off. It doesn’t say in fine print if it’s in store only or online too. I saw a shirt I wanted but they didn’t have my size. I proceeded to ask lady behind counter with long dark hair and big lashes if it was only in store or online too because you guys don’t have my size? I got told “it should be” i repeated back “it should be?” She said “yes”. Definitely not a confident answer. So I looked on their app and that promotion wasn’t on there. I understand if you aren’t sure so what she should of done is check with a manager or different employee who actually knows the correct answer when a customer is asking a question not tell them an unsure answer (literally) especially when that customer looks it up immediately after asking. Oh well, got the same shirt elsewhere...

I paid a visit to Spencer's today looking for an item I had seen about a month ago. It was a gift for my nephew, I couldn't find it anywhere in the store. Roxanna(at the register) was very polite,thoughtful and SO helpful. While looking on-line to see if I could order the inflatable boxing gloves that way, Ashley came to her assistance and said she would check the stock room to make sure there weren't any left. Ashley was courteous and had a pleasant demeanor. She found what I was looking for and helped me to keep the title of "coolest uncle" of the month. Those ladies were so helpful , all while juggling their other retail task and tending to fairly packed store. Those women are definitely assets and deserve some recognition for their great customer service skills...

I received such terrible customer service at this location. The girl behind the corner rolled her eyes at me and was arguing with me over a refund. That is so disrespectful. I bought a shirt bogo style and the shirt I was returning was the full price and she only said I could receive half of the full price. Super stupid I should receive my full refund, the shirt didn't fit. Her tone and mannerism were completely out of line and not how you should treat your customers. For that I'll never return to this store! She needs to be fired and taught how to take care of guest properly. I deserve my full...
