On October 21, 2017 I purchased what was listed to be a Yellow LEATHER recliner for $400.00 .. after a few weeks (and very little use as I live alone) the 'leather"" began to crack on the upper pillow of the chair. I had a leather upholstery repairman visit my home and was told the chair is NOT leather but vinyl and it cost me $500.00 to fix. My used consignment chair ended up costing $900.00! I contacted you and you have done NOTHING about your false declaration of it being leather OR nothing about any reimbursement I will never shop nor recommend anyone to visit, let alone buy from your disreputable store. Read moreLast Thursday, August 1st, I found a framed signed picture in the second room of the store and wanted to purchase it. There was no price attached. My husband took it to the front counter to ask about the price. The staff said it had just been brought to the store that day, that they didn’t have time to price it yet and added that “people should not go into the back room and pull items out.” As I said, the picture was in the front of the store; not in the “back room.”
Sue, one of the women at the front counter, said that she would research the signed photograph, price it and call me the next day to let me know. This never happened.

Read moreCommunicated with Julie about a chandelier. Was the specific piece we were looking for that was discontinued by the original retailer. Asked her to verify that the item had no damage to it, as we’d be driving several hours to pick it up. She assured me there was no damage. Once we arrived at the store, there were several dents, mottling and rust spots very visible on the piece. We didn’t end up taking it home and are disappointed that they led us to believe it was in good condition and wasted a lot of our time.
