I went to this Burger King at approximately 10:30 pm last night. I wanted to use a coupon for 2 Whoppers, 2 small fries but didn't want the drinks that were included with the coupon. The young woman that took my order was very pleasant and polite but her manager jumped in on our conversation stating they needed to give the drinks to me, even though I didn't want them. He was rude and obnoxious and angry in tone. I finally decided after this that I heard enough and ordered 2 Whoopers and nothing else. As I was waiting at the window which was over 15 minutes, I could hear the manager yelling and complaining about things with this very nice young woman. When she came with my order I told her that she was very pleasant and polite and she should not have to put up with the obnoxious manager EVER. I suggested that she go work for Zingermans where she would be trained with great managers. She said, thank you. To this horrible manager, "you praise people to success". Yelling at your employees never does anything but make you look bad. This the closest Burger King to my home and we occasionally love a Whopper, but I am not sure I will return here or not. Read moreI ordered at the drive through. I was given the wrong order. I noticed there were only 2 workers so, I parked, got my toddler out of the car and walked in with the bag containing someone else's order. I walked up to the lady and explained to her that I ordered a #10 meal with a milkshake. I showed her what I got instead, and mentioned I already had the milkshake in the car. I also added that if I had made a mistake, then I will pay the difference, but I woupd like the #10. She looks at me and tells me that what I am holding IS what I ordered (i think it was beef+pickles), puts a thing of fries in the bag and loudly declares, "This is what you ordered, well, now you get a free shake and free fries!" I stand there a bit uncertain for a few seconds. Up walks this other customer, looks in the bag and says, "Ms, you didnt even look in the bag, she ordered chicken and this isnt it!" That's when I was now given proper attention. I was handed my order (which was sitting pretty behind the counter). Apparently the person who's order I got had rejected what they were given (my order) and drove off. I am so grateful to rhe lady who helped me communicate my needs. Food was great!...
Read moreAfter seeing multiple customers complain I finally ordered my food which came out correctly but ice cold and the buns were never toasted. You could see that the lady working the burger line in the back was deliberately not toasting them. Was told that they could remake my order but why would I want them to remake it when I could obviously tell that the employees didn't not care about the job at hand or customer satisfaction for that matter. I'm sorry I don't want someone making my food that obviously puts no effort into how the product comes out. Hopefully this problem will be resolved especially after Carol's Corp has been contacted about the way they're respresenting...
