Went there for the "Opening" yesterday. Was nice initiative of marketing to offer free food and $1 beer while checking out their products. Meat cuts are OK. As a gourmet who had been traveling and tasting wide variety of cold meets, I honestly found nothing impressive. Cheeses taste less than normal. cured sausages were as good as the one your get in Safeway or Walmart. I can't comment on their fresh meats as I haven't had a chance to try any but they looked fresh and appealing. Workers are friendly and they are trying their best but upon asking one of the owners a simple question about one kind of Salami, I received the most blunt face and comment. I said nothing and asked the second owner ( he had an accent and a European look ) it also came as dry.. Didn't feel welcome not even by a smile. Why I am rating 2 stars ? I had a bad diarrhea after trying the different meats and cheeses. I never have diarrhea usually even when I consume cured meats X3 times the amount I did yesterday. I personally won't come back to buy any of the cured meats or cheeses, but might give their fresh homemade...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreListen.. I have never submitted a review SO QUICKLY for something Iāve eaten. I popped in about an hour and something ago off the suggestion of a few locals from an earlier cafe visit.
The menu is modest, itās got about 10 or so items, Iām sure they change it up with specials, etc.
I let the man (Iāve had a moment to eat and just realizing that I was talking to CHEF TODD FISHER ā I canāt believe it lmao heās literally the nicest), know that Iām in town visiting from a few hours south and had a hard time deciding bc it all sounded GOOD. Now, I think this is the greed they talk about in the Bible because I ordered two sandwiches. I just had to try more than one.
First off, clean space, enough seating for patrons, and Iām sure the butcher meat to go is quality. The people working here are incredibly kind and have great energy ā I didnāt feel rushed at all as I stared at the menu tryna decide.
I chose the turkey, and brisket, with a side of some kind of snow pea salad (it changed my life). Youāll want to aim for the other heavier sides but donāt sleep on the pea salad! Itās...

Excellent Deli sandwiches by nice folks working Feb 27 2021. Everyone masked, gloved, and good space to social distance wait in line. Good sized, good tasting and reasonably priced - for what you get - sandwiches to go. We bought 2 and shared. The Cali (meat & peppers) and the PoBoy (tangy deli). Very different tastes and both really good. We also tried their Saturday special (sold by lb.) for dinner - which was smoked brisket (sides choice was mac-n-cheese and mashed cheesy potatoes). Plus we got some deli meat to go with the fresh bread from our local bakery for another day. Good thing we have nice weather because YES long walks are required after all that delicious - DELIcious - food. Will return, will recommend. [thank you to the friendly folks working the counter/kitchen during these...
