This is my favorite Delta Sky Club by far. There are several representatives when you first walk in and they are busy tending to incoming clients but incredibly warm and welcoming. Once inside the spaces are bright and spacious and feel airy as we come to expect from Sky Clubs. What I like about this one is you're actually looking at Delta airplanes coming in and out. And some of the other Skye club you are looking at other airlines. My first sense that this place was different came from an interaction with the female bartender, Elizabeth I think her name was? She was friendly and seemed happy. I asked her if she liked her work here and she said she absolutely loved it and that she been in her work for more than three decades. Her happiness showed and was contagious. The other bartenders also seem to be equally happy working behind the bar getting our drinks. But it went to next level when one of the staff, Yara, said welcome back and welcomed to me as if she recognized me and I realize she did! She is an exceptional professional and even though she was GM she was clearing our tables and keeping everything happening. Actually asked to take her photo because I realized how exceptional it was that from the C of thousands faces she would recognize mine. That's incredible attention to Customer Service. I brought my son (over 21!) for the first time and because of the complementary drink service was able to taste two new cocktails that he had not previously tried. That was kind of a cool thing to be able to offer him during our holiday travels. Shout out to the hot chocolate stand and have those chocolate chips as well as the cocoa powder and the necessary trimmings. It was good to see that there were gluten-free options as well as vegetarian entrees. The food was very good and the place was so busy the staff is constantly refilling food and drinks etc. but the attentiveness that each of the staff paid to us whenever we had a question or even just admiring the gingerbread houses that were being displayed, felt next level even for excellent Delta team staff. Loved the Seahawks Omar in the displayed ring as well as the recognition the Delta was the proud sponsor for our hometown team. it reminded me of the great promo they are doing with points we win the Seahawks score. Great way to build collaboration with loyal fans! I have a few more lounge passes and look forward to you utilizing them when I travel especially here at the SEATAC lounge for the superlative service and the high levels of comfort. Great to have outlets everywhere and to have enough space that you feel you are away from the busyness of the airport itself. That was a huge gift for us during holiday travel -- it helped us embrace the reality that it was actually the beginning of our vacation time.

I've been to this Sky Club a few times now, twice in the last 3 weeks when going to/returning from Asia, and aside from the Bar layout, it's one of my favorite lounges for being able to relax/recover and do some work before or after the transpacific flight. Had breakfast one day and it was great, was there long enough to see the switch over to lunch and it had deli sandwiches and some hot chicken breast or something of the such. To me it was kind of "meh" compared to many other Sky Clubs. The soup the last 2 times has been phenomenal both times. 5/5 recommend the soups from this Sky Club. Now to the seating/layout - love it with giant 2 story windows that view right out at the high bridge that airplanes taxi underneath and good action of watching ground crews work the planes as well as of course arriving planes and tug pushbacks further than many other airports as there's a couple of gates tucked in a triangular corner. Great for aviation lovers. Seating is fantastic with the usual large variety of couches, lounge chairs, privacy chairpods (with the 4-5ft high walls to enclosure around you about 200° worth), large desks for workstations, tables and high tops, etc. Oh, it has a 2nd story extended balcony that's about 1/3 the width of the bottom footprint and is extremely quiet and comfortable. If you need a recharge, get your food/drink and head upstairs! Latest two occasions it was 75% capacity on arrival and 52% capacity respectfully. I always like to ask if I can't see the screen that shows the welcome person. I'm nosy because it's obviously been a big topic the last few years among Delta Sky Clubs. The times before that I've visited I don't recall exact numbers but would say it was certainly as crowded if not more so than the 75%. That was last year my last visit, so tiny sample size but this one appears to be getting better...maybe. Overall, great spot for Seattle airport and for what it's worth, I chose this club over AMEX Centurian lounge my last 2 stays
