The Seattle Marina Inc — Attraction in Seattle

Seattle Marina is now on my list of Places I Won't do business with. I feel sorry for the tenants and boat owners that use this facility. I did some work for their manager Nick, installing some dock cleats, and he said the marina would pay for it. I got it done. I've left messages, emailed them at two different addresses, and left a few phone messages as well of course. they have been totally ghosting me for days, so far, and it was their idea for me to bill them instead of the boat owner at that dock for the work! I was just trying to do them a favor, as well as the boat owner in that slip. In other words, I was trying to provide a little above and beyond good customer service. I've worked for several boat owners there in the past...for many years..No problems. so, I won't do business with them. and their lack of response after my reaching out more than once showed me what it could be like for...

Boat owners beware. Don't be fooled by the fact that they may be the only ones in Lake Union that has an open spot. There is a good reason for this. This marina is, in my opinion, the worst marina in the entire Puget Sound area. Ownership does not care at all about tenants. I moored there, but after having the Manager himself sand the paint off a old, large boat right into the water and on my $500k yacht, it was obvious the operation does not abide by any standards or state codes. I have submitted pictures to the Puget Sound EPA and hopefully they can deal with the owners. The situation became appalling and the management is a disorganized mess. Even paying a simple moorage bill became an all-out mess. For those desperate for moorage at Lake Union, I would think hard about using them as a last...

If I could put less than 1 star I would. Absolute scum lords running this place.

For a marina that’s supposedly secure and safe and charges premium prices you get nothing when theft occurs. Expect radio silence.

There’s no security cameras or security at all for that matter. I highly recommend not doing business with these greedy people. Plenty of other reputable marinas in Lake Union that provide much better service....
