I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a float session at Float Seattle, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences I have had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease, explaining everything I needed to know about floating and ensuring I was comfortable before I began.
The float itself was incredible. As soon as I settled into the tranquil pod, the outside world seemed to melt away. The weightlessness, combined with the silence and warm water, created a deep sense of peace. It felt like a reset for both my body and mind.
By the end of my session, I felt completely refreshed and grounded. My muscles were relaxed, my mind was clear, and I left with a sense of calm that lasted for days. Float Seattle provides a truly unique and transformative experience, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone seeking relaxation, stress relief, or simply a moment to recharge.
If you’re on the fence about trying it, don’t hesitate—it’s a wonderful way to care for yourself and escape the busyness of everyday life. Float Seattle is a gem, and I’m so...
Read moreThis is my third time doing float therapy and first time at the Greenwood location. I came here because I was late to my original session and the Float Seattle owners graciously gave me a later slot at Greenwood. The customer service is good and helped me apply my credits from another account without any problems.
There's free parking in the building, but it's shared with the nearby fitness center so beware of availability during peak times. There's more street parking nearby.
The staff here are friendly, as they are at the Greenlake location, and helpfully showed me around the space. The rooms are clean and stocked with a shower, robe, and bathroom essentials. There's two types of complimentary tea available outside with several paid options.
The tanks here are a different design and I think somewhat larger. I think I prefer this tank design to the angular one at Greenlake because it is more roomy, though you should try them all.
I'm still figuring out what cadence works for me, but float therapy has helped me decompress when I needed it the most. Float Seattle has provided an excellent...
Read moreFloat Seattle Greenwood is a wonderful place to go and unwind after a hard day at work. I love the friendly staff. It's great that there is everything I need to go floating from shampoo and body wash to ear plugs and dressing gowns and complimentary herbal teas. No need to bring anything else... just me, myself and I. The free parking is a huge bonus as well! Booking a float time is super simple. I just call them and instantly I have one of the happy staff helping me to find the best time for my float. There are many options to enhance my float experience: cryonics and infrared sauna to name a few. I'm very interested in discovering what those two can do for my wellness endeavors. I would definitely recommend you head over to Float Seattle and get yourself booked for your first session. The friendly staff are happy to answer any of your questions and get clear about what to expect. Heck there are so many specials to get you into floating that its hard not to say yes to getting your float on. I'm signing up for a membership. That is what I'd suggest you do as well.
