Very fast and helpful staff for the most part, however when looking for a good, strong pre rolled joint a budtender suggested a brand called machine gun, I spent 9$ on a joint & it barely did anything for me. I really wanted to get blasted as I am alone om thanksgiving this year. I went to unroll the roach to pack a bowl with it and it didn't look like marijuana at all, it looked like pieces of green paper. When I went to smoke it it didn't taste like marijuana either, the taste reminded me of k2 which I smoked a few times back in 2011..... I doubt it was that but could've been like filler paper? It didn't even look like shake. Even if it was shake I shouldn't be spending 9$ on a joint rolled with shake. I put a picture of google photos here. Also, I pre-ordered a cartridge for a vape pen, and I guess I mistakenly bought one for a new brand they just brought in, thinking all of the cartridges fit the one vape pen I already had because another store told me it was unnecessary to pull mine out to figure out sizes because they're universal. They didn't mention this to me & I couldn't return it due to laws I guess. They sold me the new vape pen instead... Which I had to buy because I smoke to medicate myself.... It isn't their fault but it would have been great if they mentioned the cartridge was for a new vape pen that many stores...

When you make your order online or in person, make sure you check the weight of the labels. I won't be coming back to a location with people who can't even correctly check weight measurements or maybe it's just intentional based on the bad reputation I have been hearing from other people who go to this location. It must feel embarrassing when a customer calls you out for your mistake and you still want to argue with a customer over your mistake? Have your employee go back to school for math.
Edit 03/04/2024 I appreciate the manager reaching out regarding my previous review. It seems there was an accidental discrepancy between the stated product weight and the amount I was charged. While I'm sure misrepresenting weight intentionally is not your policy, reviewing the scales and cash handling procedures could help prevent similar issues in the future. Providing additional staff training on reviewing products and processing returns may also be beneficial. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention so you can improve operations before it gets reported to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board for not following state...
