Shawarma Time — Restaurant in Seattle

I wanted to like this place, reviews looked good. I pointed out what I wanted on the menu and where a customer just got it at their table. I just wanted to make it a combo so my son could have fries and a soda. I asked if the fries had gluten/wheat and was advised no, so I got that for him and asked for it on the side(he's celiac, explained it as an allergy). I must have confused the man working since I didn't get what I ordered at all, and he somehow thought he was making it right by giving me "free" rice. I ordered a plate with combo and somehow got a wrap with the fries touching the wrap. Not at all what I wanted, and now my son couldn't even eat the fries. He could only have the soda. Luckily, I had a full backup meal for him at our hotel. We just won't go back or might order online for just me since I don't think he fully understood food allergies. He didn't seem to understand English well. I ended up just taking what he gave me and left after explaining it wasn't my order and he didn't understand me. Adding a picture of what I ordered...

My most recent visit I had the falafel wrap. I enjoyed it greatly but this is not my "go-to" item so I don't have much to compare it to.

My previous visit I had the gyro pita. When I saw that the gyro meat was cut into chunks instead of strips I was skeptical. The skepticism passed with my first bite. It was so so delicious! The meat was flavorful and the chunkier cut made for a better mouthfeel. The vegetables tasted fresh and crisp. The sauce was also delicious. I couldnt tell what seasoning was on the top but it provided great flavor! I try to eat gyro everywhere I go and this was tied for first place on my list of best gyros. The other place is in Florida so theres no competition here in Seattle. The lunch special is the best deal on a gyro pita or gyro sandwhich that I have ever seen and combined with the flavor that makes it...

This place used to have good food but now OMG they have the worst pizzaz and Shawerm! . Please be honest with your self stop making Junk food just to lower the cost, have some respect to the people ! Stop stealing money for the worst food ever. Sooooo mad.

Update after Owner responds: Making bad food and sell it to people is kind of stealing. I’m not saying that without reason. The food I got last time was the worst food ever. Focus more on improving the quality of the food you are making . Saying I’m jealous is just funny, please respect your self and the people and make good food . Anyway Since we are in Seattle there is no way to have a actual and good middle eastern food so dont talk about competition.
